Scholarships for Minority Students

Lubrizol and Lake/Geauga Educational Assistance Foundation (LEAF) sponsor a scholarship program for minority students in Lake County.

The Lubrizol Corporation awards Minority Scholarships to deserving students annually. The awards vary in amount from $3,500 to $5,000. They are renewable scholarships awarded to graduating high school seniors in Cuyahoga, Lake, and Lorain Counties. The students must meet minimum qualifications: U.S. citizen and a minority (African American, American Indian, Asian Pacific American or Hispanic American). Scholarship recipients may also be able to take advantage of summer internship employment opportunities at Lubrizol.
